Business Development Coordinator - BA/BS degree in communications, information systems, marketing or similar discipline required. Must have experience in responding to RFPs. Possess high level of integrity and detail oriented. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills and a can-do attitude. Proficient with Adobe Design Standards CSS (In Design, Photoshop, Illustrator), Microsoft Outlook, Acrobat and Microsoft Office Suite.
Will perform such duties as proposal writing, editing and coordination for marketing and business development for projects including proposals, presentations and copamy collateral.
Lead the proposal creation process and coordinate response to requests by working with various team members to gather necessary information. Develops and maintains material for marketing databse and maintains the proposal library. Preparation of Statement of Qualifications and Proposals Identifies and tracks appropriate business opportunties Provides support for business development and client outreach Oversees maintenance of contacts, leads, and project database
